What to write about
We especially welcome factual corrections - if a spread, a regulatory detail or a funding method described here no longer matches reality in South Africa, tell us and we will verify it against the primary source and update the page (the publication date on the page changes when we do). Feedback on the reviews and partnership enquiries are welcome at the same address. Please note we cannot access, open or manage anyone's XTB account - for account issues, contact the broker's own support.
After you write
We read everything. Corrections are prioritised and usually verified within a few business days; other messages may take a little longer. If your note leads to a change on the site, the updated date on the affected page is the confirmation.
